How Does Delivery Work?
We offer same-day dispatch on business days. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pack your order.
You can expect your package within 7-20 days (specific timing depends on your region). When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us at toosivia@gmail.com so that we can follow it up with the courier.
Free Shipping & Express Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $99 USD (after discounts).
For customers in select countries, we also provide Express Shipping (5-8 business days) for a faster delivery option. The exact shipping fee is calculated at checkout after entering your shipping address.
*We are not responsible for any customs fees for international orders. By purchasing our products, you consent that your package is subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Incorrect Shipping Address Details
We will deliver the products ordered to the address that was provided for delivery when the order was placed. We ask that customers double-check that the delivery addresses provided are accurate, correctly written, and include a full postcode in accordance with postal service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the mail due to a customer's incorrectly provided or incomplete address/postcode, Toosivia is not liable and the customer will be subject to additional product purchase charges and delivery charges if applicable. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 28 business days before we resend the item.
